Hindalco E-Waste and Secondary Copper Recycling Unit
Location: Pakhajan, Vagra Taluka, Bharuch, Gujarat
We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions at our unit:
Operation Team – Smelter
Open Positions and Experience Range:
Junior Operator: 1 to 4 years
Operator: 4 to 8 years
Junior Engineer / Officer: 7 to 11 years
Qualification:
Diploma in Chemical, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation
Graduation with ITI
Required Experience and Expertise:
Experience in copper anode furnace operation, pyrometallurgical refining processes, DCS system operation, slag handling and molten metal handling, and quality control procedures.

Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation
Graduation with ITI
Required Experience and Expertise:
Hands-on experience in copper anode furnace operation, pyrometallurgical refining processes, DCS system operation, slag handling and molten metal handling, along with strong knowledge of quality control procedures.

Quality Assurance Lab and Environment Lab
Qualification:
Diploma in Chemical or Metallurgy
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics
Required Experience and Expertise:
Knowledge of metallurgical processes and laboratory instruments such as UV Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, ICP, PCB analysis, copper scrap analysis, and fire assay.
Understanding of waste incineration and copper smelting operations, utilities inter-linkages, process emissions related to metallurgical industries, and operations of ETP, WTP, RO Plant, and STP.
