1. Manager / Sr. Manager – Production (Module Plant)

Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience: 12+ years in a similar role

Skills Needed:

Hands-on experience in managing large-scale (Giga Watt) module production plants

Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage production schedules and coordinate with departments

Reduce downtime and breakdowns with inspections and planned shutdowns

Manage raw materials and consumables planning

Maintain plant uptime and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)

Use Lean Manufacturing techniques

Monitor and improve product quality and processes

Focus on improving productivity, quality, delivery, cost, energy use, safety, and environment

Use available resources to bring new ideas and implement them within budget

2. Manager / Sr. Manager – Capex Procurement

Location: Noida

Qualification: BE/B.Tech

Experience: 12+ years in procurement

Skills Needed:

Strong experience in buying Capex/Opex materials (BoM items)

Excellent management, communication, and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

Timely purchase and delivery of Capex materials

Coordinate with departments to forecast and plan purchases

Ensure cost-effective, timely delivery and execution

Develop global vendors for solar projects (glass, frames, wafers, etc.)

Perform risk analysis and track progress

Lead and train the team to maintain quality

Should have worked in solar module/cell manufacturing proposals

3. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Accounts Payable (Business Finance)

Location: Noida

Qualification: Commerce graduate, preferably Inter CA

Experience: 8+ years in accounting

Skills Needed:

Expertise in management accounting and MIS reporting

Good knowledge of SAP and other accounting tools

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare budgets, monitor actuals, and analyze differences

Handle plant and corporate accounting tasks

Manage vendor and customer accounts

Process payments and maintain financial records

Handle GST, customs duty, and daily cash transactions

Ensure funds availability for plant operations and purchases

4. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Supply Chain

Location: Noida

Qualification: BE/B.Tech

Experience: 6+ years in supply chain (solar industry preferred)

Skills Needed:

Experience in raw material procurement for solar modules

Good SAP knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

Study market and supply-demand trends for solar BoM

Ensure timely procurement and cost-effective delivery

Develop purchasing strategies and long-term OEM contracts

Manage global vendor development and supplier evaluation

Perform risk analysis and track procurement progress

Ensure smooth order processing and delivery follow-up
