Navin Molecular is a technology-driven Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) with a proven track record in producing world-class starting materials and intermediates. As a part of the Padmanabh Mafatlal Group, established in 1967, Navin Fluorine International Ltd. operates one of India's largest integrated fluorochemicals complexes, with manufacturing facilities located at Surat, Dahej, and Dewas.

The Dewas facility provides CDMO services to leading pharmaceutical companies across the globe.

Current Openings – Dewas Location

1. Research Associate / Senior Research Associate Department: R&D (Process Development)

Qualification: • M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Experience: • 0–4 Years

2. Research Executive / Senior Research Executive Department: R&D (Process Development)

Qualification: • M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry

Experience: • M.Sc.: 5–7 Years • Ph.D.: 0–1 Year

3. Research Scientist / Assistant Research Scientist Department: R&D (Process Development)

Qualification: • Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry

Experience: • 2–4 Years

Preference: Candidates with experience in CDMO and API industries will be preferred.
