Job Role

Manager(Production)

Qualifications and Responsibilities

B.E/ B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering

(First Class Mandatory without any break in the education)

12-14 years of Experience required in Batch and continuous

process in hazardous chemicals plant

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

RM Planning, Inventory control and timely dispatches of product.

Operation of the plant in accordance with the standard operating

procedures.

Trouble shooting of process problems.

To identify and analyse the gaps & to take corrective actions to meet

Budget norms

Creation of robust safety systems for all operation and ensuring that

non-conformances are analyzed & corrective actions are

implemented.

PPE'S are available and used in accordance with best safety practices

Implement 5S system in the plant.

Preparation of Plant operating manual, sOPs, WI, Checklist, &

formats for the plant.
