WE ARE HIRING

1. Field Executive – Process  

- Positions: 30  

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc.  

- Experience: 3+ years  

- Responsibilities:  

  - Participate in validation activities  

  - Maintain premises, equipment & records  

  - Fill online documents (BPR, ECR, logbooks)  

  - Ensure raw materials meet requirements before production  

  - Follow cGMP guidelines & SOPs  

  - Maintain process parameters & hygiene  

  - Verify calibration of instruments before use  

2. Shift Leader – Process  

- Positions: 02  

- Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical)  

- Experience: 6+ years  

- Responsibilities:  

  - Ensure production batches as per schedule  

  - Plan & issue raw materials per BPR  

  - Maintain equipment & follow SOPs/cGMP  

  - Prepare & review plant documents  

  - Handle change controls, deviations, risk assessments  

  - Investigate production deviations  

  - Qualify equipment & evaluate process improvements  

  - Train production staff & manage SAP activities  

Preference: Candidates with API & Pharma industry experience, regulatory audit exposure, and immediate availability.
