About the Company:  

SRF Limited is a multi‑business entity with over 100 years of legacy, engaged in manufacturing industrial and specialty chemicals.

Openings:

1. Sr. Executive – Production (Chemical & Polymer)  

   - Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (regular, 60% throughout academics)  

   - Experience: 4–7 years in Chemical/Specialty Chemical and Batch Polymer plant  

   - Skills: Hazardous chemical handling, shift in charge, operation of distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps, etc. Exposure to safety systems and norms. Independent DCS operations for at least 2 years.

2. Shift Incharge – Captive Power Plant  

   - Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical + BOE Certification (12–15 years experience)  

     OR B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical + BOE Certification (6–8 years experience)  

   - Skills: Operation of Captive Power Plant (CFBC Boiler start‑up/shutdown, steam turbine cold & hot start‑up from control room via DCS systems), shift handling, job planning, allocation of JE/Tech & contract labor, PM & consumables planning, adherence to safety standards.

3. Jr. Engineer / Technician – Mechanical (Captive Power Plant)  

   - Qualification: ITI Fitter/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering  

   - Experience: 4–8 years in Power Plant maintenance  

   - Skills: Mechanical maintenance, PM, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting of equipment.
