Designation: Executive – FnD
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Key Skills / Job Description:
Experience in formulation development of OSD and oncology products
Exposure to regulated, semi-regulated, and domestic (India) markets
Preparation of FnD documentation, including:
Product Development Report
Specifications
Master Formula Card (MFC)
Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR)
Stability Protocol
Change Control Form (CCF)
Deviation Reports
Knowledge of International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) and other regulatory guidelines related to formulation development
2. Department: Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Designation: Executive – ADL
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Skills / Job Description:
Method development, verification, validation, and equivalency using HPLC, GC, and IC
Experience with complex OSD, oncology, and topical products
Expertise in dissolution studies, including:
Development and comparative dissolution
Multimedia dissolution
Statistical evaluation and report preparation
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, IC, etc.)
Knowledge of pharmacopeias: USP, EP, BP, JP
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as ICH, EMEA, and FDA
Experience in maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment
