HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) is a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Government of Rajasthan (GoR), with equity participation of 74% and 26% respectively.

The refinery complex has a capacity of 9 Million Metric Tonnes Per Annum (MMTPA), including 2.4 MMTPA of petrochemical products.
