Recruitment Process (All rounds will be conducted online):
The HR round will be held from 16 February to 04 March 2026.
The technical round will be scheduled as per the interview plan.
The final HR round will take place after the technical interview.
Document verification and medical submission details will be shared by HR.
A tower climbing test may be required and will be conducted near Jamnagar.
Documents Required at the Time of Interview:
Candidates must carry their resume and cover letter.
ID proof such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, or Driving License (photocopy).
Passport size photograph and signature in soft copy.
Educational documents including 10th, 12th, Diploma or BE all marksheets.
Experience documents including relieving and experience letters.
Last three months’ salary slips, if applicable.
Site-Based Positions – Gujarat Saurashtra (Male and Female):
Shift Engineer Wind
Qualification required is BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum one year experience in the wind sector is required.
Shift Engineer Any Industry
BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum three years experience in any industry.
Site OE
BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Prior Suzlon experience is mandatory.
Site Incharge
BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum eight years experience in the wind sector and at least two years in the same role.
Site BOP HT SS
BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum three years experience in the wind sector.
Site Quality Engineer
BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum three years experience in quality.
Store Executive
Any graduate or technical degree holder.
Minimum four years experience in store operations.
Area Planner SCM
BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum five years experience in supply chain management.
Craneless Operation MBD
BE or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum five years experience in the wind sector.
Opex Controller or Finance (Female preferred, Jamnagar location)
B.Com or MBA in Finance.
Minimum three years experience in accounting.
SAP knowledge will be preferred.
Site Admin
B.Com or MBA.
Minimum four years experience in administration.
Experience in wind or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Area HR
MBA, MLW, or MSW qualification required.
Minimum six years experience in HR.
Wind or infrastructure sector experience preferred.
Jamnagar Office Positions (Female preferred):
Account Executive or MIS
B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter qualification.
Minimum three years experience in accounting.
SAP knowledge preferred.
SCM Executive
Any graduate, BE, or Diploma holder.
Minimum three years experience in supply chain management.
Wind or infrastructure experience preferred.
HR Executive
MBA, MLW, or MSW qualification.
Minimum one year experience in HR.
Good knowledge of MS Office and communication skills required.
CSR Executive
MSW or BSW qualification.
Minimum two years experience in CSR activities.
Good knowledge of MS Office and communication skills required.
