 is currently hiring for a senior engineering leadership position at their facility in Gujarat.

Job Overview

 * Position: Team Lead – Power Plant, Instrumentation, GCA.

 * Job Location: Vilayat, Gujarat.

 * Experience Required: 12–15 years specifically in a Captive Power Plant.

 * Education: Bachelor in Engineering (Instrumentation).

Key Responsibilities

In this role, the selected candidate will take ownership of engineering and delivery for critical power infrastructure. Primary duties include:

 * Engineering & Execution: Leading instrumentation engineering for projects covering DCS, CEMS, SWAS systems, and field instrumentation.

 * Procurement: Finalizing technical specifications, managing RFQs, evaluating vendors, and ensuring procurement stays within approved budgets.

 * Commissioning: Overseeing activities such as auto-loop logic implementation and system integration to optimize plant performance.

 * Coordination: Working with consultants, EPC contractors, and site teams to ensure safety compliance and zero-incident operations.

 * Project Monitoring: Tracking progress, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and timelines.

 * Operational Excellence: Driving vendor standardization, complete technical documentation, and initiatives to improve reliability.
