JSW Energy Limited is inviting applications for positions in Technical Services and Operations at its Ratnagiri Unit.

Manager or Senior Manager
Department: Operation Support and Technical Services
Location: JSW Energy Limited, Ratnagiri
Experience Required: More than eight years
Qualification: B.Tech or B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Monitor unit efficiency, conduct monthly performance guarantee tests, and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with Operations for smooth unit start-up and shut-down activities and maintain all related documentation.
Support interlock and protection system testing for boilers, turbines, and high-tension equipment.
Assist in power sale activities, SLDC coordination, and emergency communication.
Maintain tripping records, perform root cause failure analysis, and submit reports on time.
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and detailed technical calculations.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects and recommend performance improvements.
Identify, evaluate, and track cost-saving and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
