4. Transmission and Core Engineering Roles
Positions include Accounts and Commercial, Line In-Charge, Project Head, Project In-Charge, Section In-Charge, Section ROW Officer, Planning and Material Management, SS Civil Engineer, SS Electrical Engineer, Statutory Approvals and Forest, Survey Manager, Project Manager (Transmission Lines and Substations), Planning Manager, Substation In-Charge, SS Planning Engineer, Land Acquisition roles, and Substation Engineering.
Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech/BE in relevant disciplines.
Experience required: Three to twenty years.
Experience in Extra High Voltage transmission, substations, and T and D is essential.
5. District Cooling System Business Roles
Positions include Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, Lead Electrical, Lead Civil and Structural, Lead Business Development (North and East), Lead Estimation, Lead Mechanical Projects, Civil Manager, Electrical Manager, I and C Manager, Mechanical Manager, and Mechanical Engineer.
Qualifications: BE, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Instrumentation and Controls.
Experience required: One to fifteen years.
Experience in chilled water systems, electrical design, instrumentation design, HVAC and SCADA integration is preferred.
6. Transmission Business Off-Roll and Outsourced Roles
Positions include Supervisor, Technician, Supervisor ROW, Fitter, Surveyor, and Diploma Engineer Trainee.
Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent.
Experience required: Four to ten years, except Diploma Engineer Trainees who can be fresh graduates (2024 or 2025 pass-outs).
Experience in foundation, erection, and stringing is preferred.
7. Commercial and Industrial Business Roles
Positions include Power Sales and Business Development, Operations and Contracts, Commercial Controller, Power Supply Solutions, and Tendering and Bidding.
Qualifications: BE, B.Tech, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or CA.
Experience required: Three to fifteen years.
Preferred expertise includes power sales, power planning, power trading, contract management, stakeholder coordination, billing and settlement, regulatory reporting, open access and tender preparation.
8. Adani Smart Metering Project (AMISP) Roles
Positions include Circle Head, Division Head, NOMC (Control Centre), and Field Application roles.
Qualifications: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience required: Five to fifteen years.
Locations include Baramati, Solapur, Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, Mumbai, and Pune.
Preferred experience includes power distribution, transmission, smart metering, RDSS, IPDS, APDRP, R-APDRP, oil and gas, PFC cable and smart city projects.
