Aarti Industries is hiring for a senior-level position at its Jhagadia Zone II location in Gujarat.

Position: ETP Manager

Qualification and Experience:

Candidates should hold a BE or B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Production and Efficiency:

Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production process to enhance quality, output, efficiency, and yield.

Safety and Risk Management:

Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and major risks while promoting a strong safety-first culture. Conduct risk assessments and ensure that contract workers strictly follow safety procedures.

Compliance and Statutory Requirements:

Ensure full compliance with legal and statutory requirements, including regulations of the State Pollution Control Board and the Factory Act.

Root Cause Analysis:

Carry out root cause analysis for breakdowns and major process deviations with the objective of achieving zero accidents and zero breakdowns.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Coordinate closely with maintenance, safety, process, instrumentation, and electrical departments to maintain high safety standards across all machinery and operations.

Operations Management:

Ensure availability of raw materials and finished goods while maximizing utilization of plants and utilities to achieve cost-effective operations.

Process Improvement and SOP Management:

Update and modify existing Standard Operating Procedures whenever changes occur, strictly following Management of Change guidelines.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, manage, and develop a team of operators, section in-charges, and engineers. Focus on team building and provide effective on-the-job training.

Environmental Management:

Manage waste disposal in line with statutory environmental norms and maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the facility.

Technical Reviews and Safety Studies:

Actively participate in and provide inputs during PSSR, HAZOP, and HIRA activities.
