SUPERVISOR INSTRUMENTATION

Position Purpose: Responsible for supporting instrumentation system installations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, calibration, and compliance with HSE and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of formulation, packing line, and utility equipment
• Changeover of packing line instruments
• Calibration and interlock verification as per schedule
• HSE compliance and ISO system maintenance
• Record keeping and system documentation
• Equipment selection and specification updates
• Inventory and report management
• Data analysis and corrective action planning
• Ensuring safe practices across instrumentation functions

Financial & Legal:

Compliance with statutory and customer requirements

Legal adherence related to weights and measures

Budget-conscious instrumentation inventory and upgrades

People Management:

Maintain high morale among technicians

Monitor and review performance of contract staff and field technicians

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Diploma in Instrument Engineering

Experience: 4–7 Years

Preferred Industry: Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fine/Specialty Chemicals

Location: Panoli-02

Technical Skills:

• Field instrument installation and maintenance
• PLC/DCS logic building (YOKOGAWA DCS preferred)
• SAP knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional technical understanding

Team Interaction:

Daily coordination with Sr. Managers / Managers in Electrical, Instrumentation, HSE, HR, and Production

Focused on operational maintenance and cross-functional collaboration
