Manage vendors and workforce effectively

Drive skill development and promote best practices

Oversee daily mechanical tasks, preventive maintenance, and asset refurbishment

Implement robust maintenance systems and energy-saving initiatives

Ensure calibration effectiveness and monitor critical instruments

2. Instrumentation Operations Manager

Qualification: B.E. in Instrumentation Engineering

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Instrumentation within the Chemical Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

Manage resources and budgets; optimize maintenance costs

Lead engineering upgrades and spares/vendor planning

Drive safety and compliance

Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) findings
