Job Opportunity at SRF – Performance Films & Foil Business | Mechanical & Utilities (M&U)

SRF Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Mechanical & Utilities (M&U) function at its Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh facility. If you have a strong background in BOPET Films manufacturing and a passion for driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Work Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh

Business Unit: Performance Films & Foil

Position: Mechanical & Utilities (M&U) – Leadership Role

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical)

Experience: 15–20 years (preferably in BOPET Films manufacturing on Dornier Lines)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement world-class maintenance strategies and procedures to enhance plant performance.

Drive innovation in maintenance and utilities practices.

Lead Capex projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Oversee repair and maintenance of all plant equipment.

Design and maintain effective lubrication systems.

Manage departmental R&M expenses within budget.

Optimize maintenance, energy, and operational costs.

Ensure compliance with mechanical integrity, process safety, management of change, and pre-startup safety reviews.
