📢 Hiring Alert – Dispatch Department (Officer / Executive)

Company: Leading Agrochemical Manufacturing Company – Formulation Unit

Location: Panoli GIDC

Department: Dispatch (Non-Technical Unit)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dispatch Officer / Executive to join our team.

🔹 Experience: 3 to 6 years

🔹 Education: Any Graduate / B.Com / M.Com

🔹 Preferred: Immediate Joiner

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

 • Handling dispatch activities for both domestic and export shipments

 • Coordinating with logistics partners, warehouse, and production teams

 • Preparing necessary dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-way Bill, Packing List, etc.)

 • Monitoring stock movement and timely dispatch of material

 • Working knowledge of SAP software is a must

 • Ensuring compliance with all dispatch and shipment regulations
