Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Caustic Soda Plant

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines

Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure production targets are met

Candidate Profile:

Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Relevant industry experience in chemical plant operations

Strong leadership and analytical skills
