Job Opening at TOTO India Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Officer/Executive - HR & Admin Department

Qualification: MBA/MHRM/MSW in Human Resource Management

Experience: 2-5 years

Job Profile:

* Create and execute training initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, focusing on both employee learning and professional development.

* Assist in preparing the annual training calendar, skill and competency matrices, and conduct training needs identification (TNI). Analyze feedback and effectiveness, and continually enhance training programs.

* Support the effective onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources for a successful integration into the organization.

* Assist in the implementation and tracking of individual development plans that cater to employees' career growth and skill enhancement.

* Plan and execute reward and recognition initiatives that motivate and engage employees, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze the results, and track to improve overall employee engagement.

* Prepare and maintain comprehensive management information systems related to learning and development, including data on training participation, outcomes, and development progress.

* Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing professional skills and career progression, incorporating mentorship, coaching, and advanced training opportunities.

* Regularly assess the effectiveness of all learning and development initiatives, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to changing organizational needs.
