Job Purpose :

Position exists to execute & implement various HR systems & sub systems like HR operations, Recruitment, Employee engagement & resolution of employee issues working closely in tandem with the major stakeholders.

The main area of focus:

Manage HR operations

Leave and attendance management

Mediclaim and insurance assistance

Compliance of HR returns for e.g. PF, ESIC, etc. Conduct exist interviews

Attrition analysis

Capacity fulfillment Manpower forecasting and Budget

OC and JD preparation

Hiring onboarding

•Capability enhancement Motivation and moral Employee engagement initiatives

Measure and improve ESS Encourage retention of talent

PMS implementation
