Production Department
Role: Field Executive – Dahej, Vadodara
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 6 years in Hydrogenation Process of Chemical Manufacturing Plant
Technical Knowledge:
- Hydrogenation reactions (catalysts, reaction kinetics, temperature/pressure control)
- Unit operations: reactors, heat exchangers, condensers, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, filters
- Hydrogen handling systems: compressors, hydrogen storage, PSA units
- Safety systems: LEL detectors, emergency vents, nitrogen blanketing, inerting procedures
- Batch/continuous plant operation
Engineering Department
Role: Senior Executive – Instrumentation – Dahej, Vadodara
Qualification: Degree in Instrumentation Engineering & Control
Experience: 3 to 6 years in Chemical/Petrochemical Manufacturing Plant
Technical Knowledge:
- Process instrumentation and control loops
- DCS/PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson)
- Control valves and analyzers
- Hazardous area instrumentation
- P&IDs, loop diagrams, interlocks
- Calibration tools and testing equipment
