Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Job Description:
Plant Maintenance:
Follow schedules and timely implement daily Instrumentation maintenance activities in the concerned areas
Check and report preventive maintenance, shutdown and predictive
maintenance systems for abnormalities and take corrective action for elimination
Implement the PM activities as per the schedule under coordination with concerned process plant and feed the data in the system.
Cost Control & improvements:
Suggest to the Section Head any measures for cost improvement/control
Implement measures in design/modification for cost reduction
Reports and Documentation:
Timely preparation all relevant reports, MIS and update all systems Ensure update of documents as per ISO and related
Technology Exposure of: Emerson, PLC, SCADA, Yokogawa.
Industry to be Hired from
Experience in Chemical manufacturing industries will get added advantage.
