Position: Production Manager

Location: Nandesari, Vadodara

Experience: 10–12 Years

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant operations and report directly to the Site Head.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth, efficient plant performance.

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, Dispatch, Accounts, and HR departments.

• Ensure accurate SAP batch entries and preparation of production reports.

• Plan and manage shifts for Shift In-charges and Operators.

• Enforce safe work practices and compliance with permit-to-work systems.

• Identify opportunities for yield improvement and process optimization.

• Support product quality enhancement initiatives in coordination with the Quality Department.

• Address and resolve product quality-related queries from the Marketing team.
