Position: Operator – Pilot Plant
Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 3–5 Years
Preferred Industry: Chemical Industry
Location: Sarigam, Gujarat
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pilot plant equipment and processes as per SOPs.
- Perform batch charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, and related operations.
- Maintain process parameters and accurately record production data.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and strict adherence to EHS guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Quality departments for pilot plant trials.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any abnormalities.
- Support scale-up activities and process optimization trials.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the pilot plant area.
- Follow GMP, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in troubleshooting during process execution.
