We Are Hiring
Position: Shift Supervisor
(Preference will be given to candidates from the Chemical Industry.)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shift operations and allocate tasks to ensure smooth execution of production activities.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and statutory compliance (GMP/ISO).
- Monitor process parameters, minimize deviations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and guide operators, maintain documentation, and support internal and external audits.
Location: Tarapur MIDC
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. Chemical / B.Tech or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- 4–9 years of experience in the chemical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of DCS operations.
