Venue: Baroda Productivity Council, Productivity House, Productivity Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara
Open Positions
Senior Executive – Production (Chemical & Pharma)
- Qualification: B.E. Chemical Engineering (Regular, 60% throughout academics)
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in Chemical / Specialty Chemical / Pharma Plant
- Skills: Handling hazardous chemicals, shift in-charge duties, operation of distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps, DCS operations (minimum 2 years independently).
- Pharma Plant: Preferably from Pharma Intermediates, knowledge of GMP & pharma documentation, exposure to pharma audits.
Shift Incharge – Captive Power Plant
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical + BOE Certification
- Experience: 12 to 15 years in CPP, Thermal Plant, or Coal-based plant with CFBC Boiler experience
- Skills: Operation of Captive Power Plant (start-up/shutdown of CFBC Boiler, cold & hot start-up of steam turbine via DCS systems), managing shift production, planning jobs and allocation of JE/Tech & contract labor, planning RM & consumables, guiding team operations, ensuring safety standards.
