Walk-In Interview – 15 May 2026 (Friday)

Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

SRF Limited, a leading diversified chemicals conglomerate engaged in the manufacturing of industrial and specialty intermediates, invites talented professionals for the following positions at its Chemicals Business located in Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat.

1. Senior Executive – Production (Batch Process)

Qualification:

B.E. in Chemical Engineering (Regular) with a minimum of 60% marks throughout academics

Experience:

3 to 7 years in the Chemical or Specialty Chemical industry

Required Skills:

• Handling hazardous chemicals

• Experience as Shift In-Charge

• Operation of distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps, and DCS systems

• Minimum 2 years of DCS operation experience

2. Shift In-Charge – Captive Power Plant

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with BOE Certification

Experience:

12 to 15 years in Captive Power Plant, Thermal, or Coal-Based Plants with CFBC Boiler experience

Required Skills:

• Operation of Captive Power Plant

• Start-up and shutdown of CFBC Boilers and Steam Turbines through DCS systems

• Shift planning and manpower management

• Consumables management and adherence to safety standards

3. Junior Engineer – Mechanical / DCS (Captive Power Plant)

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

4 to 8 years in Power Plant operations involving CFBC Boilers and Turbines

Required Skills:

• Operation and maintenance of power plants

• Monitoring of CFBC Boilers, Backpressure and Condensing Turbines

• Manpower handling and coordination
