This is a senior-level opportunity for experienced security professionals, especially candidates with an Army or Defense background, looking to transition into a corporate role within a leading industrial organization.

Department: Security
Designation: Manager – Security
Experience:
Minimum 12+ years in security management
At least 5 years of experience as a Security Manager
Qualification: Any Graduate (Army/Defense background preferred)
Work Location: Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall security operations at the plant
Ensure implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols
Handle industrial security, access control, and surveillance systems
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for security compliance
Manage emergency response and incident handling
Supervise security personnel and ensure discipline and efficiency
Maintain safety and security standards for critical infrastructure
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with more than 12 years of experience in security management
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Security Manager role
Preference will be given to candidates from Army, Navy, or Air Force backgrounds
Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial or plant security
