Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is conducting a Career-Expo in Visakhapatnam for hiring skilled professionals in the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) segment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates in packing and engineering fields.
1) Department: OSD – Packing
Designation: Team Member – Blister Packing
Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
Key Skills / Job Description:
Responsible for operating and maintaining CAM nMX blister packing machines as per SOPs and BMR/BPR. Includes setup, changeover, and monitoring of equipment for smooth operation.
2) Department: OSD – Engineering
Designation: Team Member – Engineering (Process Instrumentation)
Experience: 6–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Instrumentation)
Key Skills / Job Description:
Experience in instrumentation for packing and process areas in OSD. Hands-on knowledge of PLC, HMI, IPCs, SCADA, and serialization systems. Exposure to equipment such as ROMACO, FETTE compression, GFB Pro 30, GLATT & ACG tablet coater, ACG blister packing, IMA bottle packing, and liquid/ointment lines.
3) Department: OSD – Engineering
Designation: Specialist – SIT (Engineering) – Site Investigations
Experience: 6–8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) / B.Pharm
Key Skills / Job Description:
Responsible for technical investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and audit handling. Works closely with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed investigation reports.
4) Department: OSD – Engineering
Designation: Team Member – Engineering (Process Mechanical)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical
Key Skills / Job Description:
Experience in OSD equipment maintenance including granulation, compression, capsulation, and coating. Knowledge of TPM, RCA, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of equipment like RMG, FBD, Wurster, Fette compression, ACG capsule filling, and coating systems.
