Designation: Production Supervisor (WDG & WP Plant)
Experience: 1.5 to 2.5 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry preferred)
Salary: ₹2.5 to ₹3.5 Lakh per annum
Key Skills & Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage WDG plant operations efficiently
- Handle equipment such as Extruder, Dough Mixer, FBD, ACM, and AJM
- Ensure smooth production processes in line with SOP guidelines
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
- Coordinate effectively with QA/QC and Stores departments
- Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality
Eligibility Criteria
- 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in WDG/WP formulation plants
- Practical experience with machinery like Extruders, Dough Mixers, and FBD
- Strong understanding of SOP, EHS, and quality standards
- Experience in agrochemical formulation is preferred
