Position 1: Assistant Manager / Executive (Civil Department)
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech in Civil (Full-time, no ATKT or backlog)
Experience:
4 to 6 years in Thermal Power Plant
Location:
Torrent Power Limited, Thermal Power Station, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities:
Refurbishment and defect rectification of civil and structural works
Execution of construction activities including foundations, buildings, roads, tanks, and utilities
Preparation and review of drawings, BOQs, estimates, and tender documents
Contractor evaluation and coordination
Quality control, safety compliance, and progress monitoring
Certification of contractor bills
Statutory documentation and reporting
Coordination with authorities, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Use of tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, SAP, and survey instruments
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in civil maintenance
Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
Position 2: Desk Operation Engineer (Main Plant Operation)
Number of Vacancies:

Qualification:
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical (Full-time, no ATKT or backlog)
Preferred:
Candidates holding BOE proficiency certificate
Experience:
3 to 8 years in Thermal Power Plant
Location:
Torrent Power Limited, Thermal Power Station, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities:
Operation, monitoring, and control of coal-based thermal power units
Operation of fly ash handling system through PLC
Monitoring of parameters such as pressure, temperature, and combustion
Handling plant start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency situations
Isolation, normalization, and test runs of auxiliary equipment
Daily plant operation monitoring and troubleshooting
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in desk operation of coal-based power plant or CCPP
Experience in units above 50 MW
Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad
