Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager  

Requirement:  

Hands-on experience in Instrumentation & Control systems at a 4 × 300 MW (1200 MW) Thermal Power Plant.  

Qualification:  

B.E / B. Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Instrumentation)  

Experience:  

06 – 12 years in Thermal Power Plant  

Location:  

Jaigad, Ratnagiri – Maharashtra  

Roles & Responsibilities:  

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS (max DNA) and PLC systems (Honeywell, Rockwell, Siemens, GE Fanuc, Modicon, ABB)  

- Ensuring reliability and availability of BTG instrumentation including control valves, transmitters, analyzers, and sensors  

- Knowledge of FSSS, Turbine Control System, Turbine Supervisory and vibration monitoring systems  

- Hydraulic governing systems, actuators, air compressors, and plant critical utilities  

- Proficiency in SAP (ERP) for maintenance planning, material procurement, spares control, and inventory management 

 

- Preparation of BOM, scope of work for service activities, RCA implementation, and system improvement modifications  

- Strong focus on safety through HIRA, toolbox talks, and compliance with statutory requirements (fire alarm, gas leak detection, weigh and belt scales)  

- Active involvement in performance improvement initiatives like IMS, TQM, BCMS along with reporting and cross-functional coordination
