Manufacturing Department Vacancy

Department: Manufacturing

Designation: Field Executive Trainee 

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Work Location: Bharuch

Key Skills and Job Responsibilities

Abide by safe operating procedures within operating range.

Act as first responder to emergencies.

Suggest safety improvements and follow safety guidelines.

Safe handling of hazardous materials and plant wastes.

Contribute to housekeeping and waste segregation.

Support contract workmen on safe working practices.

Monitor and control field equipment as per SOPs, SOCs, LLF checklist, and ODR instruments.

Coordinate closely with shift superintendent and panel executive.

Collect and deliver samples from field to laboratory for testing.

Report abnormal observations to shift engineer or panel executive.

Handover and takeover of equipment from maintenance.

Perform condition monitoring using portable instruments (ODR).

Perform minor troubleshooting and minor maintenance activities.

Operate equipment efficiently and support waste reduction initiatives.

Identify and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.

Follow management systems such as TQM, EFQM, QCC, and 5S.

Maintain shift logs for respective area and equipment.

Follow instructions from shift superintendent, engineer, or panel officer.

Act as a member of the Auxiliary Fire Squad.

Skills & Competencies Required

Good housekeeping practices.

Upkeep of fire and safety equipment in assigned area.

Maintaining field logbooks and LLF checklists.

Segregation and handling of plant waste.

Maintaining equipment health and reporting abnormalities.

Completion of required training programs and self-development initiatives.
