Open Positions and Requirements
Mechanical Fitter
Educational qualification required is ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates should have more than three years of relevant experience.
Utility Fitter or Utility Operator
Educational qualification required is ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates should have more than three years of experience in utility operations.
Mechanical Engineer
Educational qualification required is BE or B Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates should have more than five years of experience.
Electrician
Educational qualification required is ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Candidates should have more than three years of experience.
Instrument Technician
Educational qualification required is ITI or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering. Candidates should have more than three years of experience.
Job Descriptions
Mechanical Fitter
The role involves installation, alignment and maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, valves and piping systems. Responsibilities include preventive and breakdown maintenance, gasket replacement, seal and bearing work, coupling alignment and ensuring reliability of rotating and static equipment. Strict adherence to LOTO, PPE, permit systems and hot work safety practices is required.
Utility Fitter or Utility Operator
This role includes maintenance and operation of boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, chillers, nitrogen plants and WTP or ETP systems. Responsibilities involve routine inspections, leak identification, preventive maintenance activities and providing support during plant start-up and shutdown operations.
Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for improving MTBF and MTTR, conducting root cause analysis, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and managing shutdown activities. The role also includes spare parts planning, vendor coordination, inventory and invoice management, preparation of SOPs and checklists, ensuring IBR and statutory compliance, implementing condition monitoring techniques and driving EHS practices at the plant.
Electrician
Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of MCC panels, switchgear, motors, starters, VFDs, lighting systems and earthing. The role also involves cable laying and termination, insulation and continuity testing, troubleshooting of motors, VFDs and breakers, and strict compliance with LOTO procedures.
Instrument Technician
The Instrument Technician will handle installation and calibration of pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments along with control valves. The role includes troubleshooting PLC and DCS I O systems, loop checking, maintaining calibration records and following explosion-proof and intrinsic safety practices.
Preferences and Application Details
Candidates with experience in Chemical and Pharma industries will be preferred. Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
