Time: 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM
Venue:Fermenta Biotech ltd SEZ 2 Dahej Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.
Available Posiiton Details
Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - Quality Control
Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical (API/Bulk Drugs) Quality Control environment.
Work Location: Fermenta Biotech Ltd, Z-109 B & C, SEZ II, Dahej, Taluka - Vagara, Bharuch - 392130, Gujarat.
Mandatory: Must have hands-on experience specifically within the API industry; experience from formulations is not applicable.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of cGMP and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes and laboratory systems.
Review and maintain quality control documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality records.
Identify deviations and non-conformities, initiating and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure implementation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.
Support internal quality audits and external regulatory inspections.
Collaborate effectively with production and quality assurance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
