Education

B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or any other qualification with relevant experience.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in production operations of Complex Fertilizer, Phosphoric Acid (Wet Process), or Sulphuric Acid (DCDA) plants.

Key Skills and Exposure

Experience in DCS, PLC, and SCADA operations, including process monitoring and troubleshooting.

Operation of utilities, rotating equipment, and material handling systems.

Good knowledge of PSM, ISO systems, PTW, LOTO, and safe work practices.

Exposure to unit operations, boilers, waste heat boilers, and energy optimization.

Experience in shift operations, manpower handling, and cross-functional coordination.

Desirable Skills

Exposure to TQM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Flexibility to work across different plants and process technologies.
