SCHOTT Poonawalla is seeking highly motivated, technically competent, and results-oriented professionals who wish to contribute to global healthcare and the future of primary pharmaceutical packaging.
Positions Available:
1. Engineer (Processing) – Production Department:
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma with 2–8 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of clean room areas, pharma processing, BMR, BPR documentation, and MS Office is required. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/001)
2. Executive / Sr. Executive (Processing) – Production Department:
B.Pharm/M.Sc. or Diploma with 2–8 years of relevant experience in pharma processing, clean room operations, and related documentation. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/002)
3. Sr. Executive (Automation System) – Production Department:
B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics with 2–4 years of experience in preventive maintenance within a manufacturing setup. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/003)
4. Technician (Processing) – Production Department:
ITI (Fitter/Electrical) with around 10 years of experience or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with 2–5 years in pharma primary packaging. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/004)
5. Technician (Around Processing) – Production Department:
ITI (Fitter/Electrical) with 10 years of experience or Diploma (Mechanical) with 2–5 years. Experience in washing machine operation, vial washing, and sterilization processes preferred. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/005)
6. Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Packaging) – NPD Department:
B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Packaging) or B.E./M.E. with a Diploma or PG Diploma in Packaging Technology and 3–10 years of relevant experience. Experience in sustainable packaging design is an added advantage. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/006)
7. Assistant Manager (QA) – Quality Control Department:
B.Sc./M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 4–8 years of relevant experience in sterility testing, media validation, and environmental monitoring. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/007)
8. Executive / Sr. Executive (Chemical) – Quality Control Department:
B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2–5 years of experience in Gas Chromatography, UV, IR spectroscopy, and analytical instruments. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/008)
9. Executive – IPQA Department:
B.Pharm/M.Pharm or B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry/Microbiology) with 2–5 years of experience in IPQA, BMR/BPR documentation, calibration, APQR, and validation processes. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/009)
10. Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – IPQA Department:
B.Pharm/M.Pharm or B.Sc./M.Sc. with 6–10 years of experience in IPQA, calibration, validation, APQR, and product testing. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/010)
11. Assistant / Sr. Assistant – IPQA Department:
ITI/Diploma holder with 2–8 years of relevant experience. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/011)
12. Engineer (Automation) – Engineering Department:
B.E. (Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics) with 2–4 years of automation experience. Proficiency in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA (Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, Mitsubishi), and industrial robots (ABB, Staubli, KUKA, Epson) is desirable. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/012)
13. Technician (Electrical) – Utilities Department:
ITI (Electrician) with around 10 years of experience or Diploma (Electrical/Electronics) with 2–5 years of experience in troubleshooting electrical panels, spares identification, compressors, chillers, HT substations, DG sets, and ETP systems. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/013)
14. Technician (Mechanical) – Engineering Department:
ITI (Fitter) with around 10 years of experience or Diploma (Mechanical) with 2–5 years in machine operation and maintenance. Experience with vial and PFS washing machines, lathes, milling, grinding, and plant maintenance preferred. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/014)
15. Technician (Electrical) – Engineering Department:
ITI (Electrical/Electronics) with 10 years or Diploma (Electrical/Electronics) with 2–5 years of experience in troubleshooting, maintenance of electrical panels, and plant documentation. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/015)
16. Executive (Dispatch) – Warehouse Department:
Any graduate with 2–4 years of relevant experience. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/016)
17. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Project Management) – PMO/Production Development Department:
B.Tech or B.Sc./B.Pharm with MBA or PG Diploma in Project Management/Operations and 3–10 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device packaging. (Code: SPPL/2025/11/017)
General Instructions:
Walk-in interviews for the above positions will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
