Sigachi Industries is hiring candidates with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience for the following departments:
Production Department
Shift In-Charge (B.Sc / M.Sc, 3–5 years)
Senior Chemist (B.Sc / M.Sc, 3–5 years)
Quality Control (QC)
Chemist (B.Sc / M.Sc, 1–3 years)
Microbiologist (B.Sc / M.Sc, 2–4 years)
Quality Assurance (QA)
Officer (B.Pharm / M.Sc, 3–5 years)
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
ETP Executive (B.E. Environment, 3–5 years)
Project Department
Mechanical Engineer (B.E. Mechanical, 3–5 years)
Key Skills and Responsibilities
Production (Shift In-Charge, Senior Chemist):
Expertise in unit operations, manpower handling, and shift planning.
Experience with dryers, pumps, filters, RVDF, ANF, SVD, and reactors.
Quality Control (Chemist, Microbiologist):
Hands-on experience with titration, pH meter, spectrophotometer, UV spectrometer, and moisture balance.
Conduct microbiological analysis, MLT, process validation, and water testing.
Quality Assurance (Officer):
Knowledge of BMR review, change control, CAPA, deviation handling, and SOP documentation.
Familiarity with GMP and GDP compliance.
EHS (ETP Executive):
Operation and monitoring of ETP, RO, and MVRE systems.
Compliance with GMP standards, reporting, and documentation.
Project (Mechanical Engineer):
Execution of mechanical and electrical project work.
Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings, installation, and commissioning of utilities like boiler, air compressor, and effluent treatment systems.
