Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Industry: Chemical / Process Plant  

Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute instrumentation installation and commissioning activities for greenfield and brownfield projects.  

2. Supervise site execution teams and ensure correct execution of activities like cable installations, junction boxes, marshalling panels, and DCS cabinets.  

3. Lead loop checking, interlock testing, calibration, and system integration during commissioning.  

4. Manage and coordinate Yokogawa DCS configuration, FAT, SAT, and site commissioning with vendors and internal teams. 

 

5. Review and verify P&IDs, IO lists, wiring diagrams, and control logic for accuracy and completeness.  

6. Ensure adherence to safety standards and safe work practices, quality requirements, and timelines.  

7. Coordinate with procurement, stores, and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.  

8. Provide technical support and guidance to mechanical teams for instrumentation-related activities.  

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics 

- 5+ years of experience in instrumentation execution / maintenance in a chemical / process plant.
