Walk-in Interviews

We invite qualified professionals to join our team for the following positions:

Officer/Executive (Q.C.)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience: 2–8 years in QC Department of Chemical/Polymer plants

Skills: Hands-on experience in GC, GPC, FTIR, particle size analyzer, rubber compounding, rheology, Mooney viscometer, tensile strength, Brookfield viscometer.

Officer/Executive (Production)

Qualification: Diploma in Chemical / B.Sc Chemistry / B.E. or B.Tech (Chemical)

Experience: 2–5 years in plant operations of polymer/chemical/petrochemical industries

Skills: Knowledge of processes such as reactor, distillation, absorption, drying; working exposure to equipment like reactor, stripper, compressor, drier, RFD, pumps, distillation column. Executive-level candidates should also have troubleshooting, work permit, ISO/TPM knowledge.

Officer/Executive (Electrical)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical)

Experience: 3–8 years in electrical maintenance in polymer/chemical/petrochemical industries

Skills: Knowledge of motors, starters, VFD, MCC, PCC, UPS, transformers, DG sets, and planned electrical maintenance in continuous process plants.

Officer/Executive (Instrumentation)

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Instrumentation)

Experience: 3–8 years in instrumentation field of polymer/chemical/petrochemical industries

Skills: Knowledge of DCS/PLC systems (Honeywell preferred), transmitters, flow meters, valves, measurable devices (pressure, flow, temperature, density, level), planned instrumentation maintenance of continuous process plants.

Officer/Executive/Asst. Manager (Mechanical Maintenance)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience: 5–15 years in mechanical maintenance of polymer/chemical/petrochemical industries

Skills: Preventive, operative, and breakdown maintenance; planned mechanical jobs in continuous process plants; exposure to SAP and project activities will be an added advantage.

Officer/Executive (Refrigeration/Utility)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical

Experience: 5–7 years in refrigeration plant, DM water plant, and utilities operations

Skills: Primary maintenance of compressors and pumps; experience with DCS/PLC-operated plants is essential.

Logistics Head / Sr. Manager

Qualification: Degree in any stream with specialization in Material Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management

Experience: 15–18 years

Skills: Stock verification (RM/FG/Engineering Material/Scrap), compliance, safety, warehouse management, timely material delivery, cost optimization, logistics control, MIS reporting, SAP knowledge, import/export procedures, and engineering store management.

Executive / Asst. Manager (R&D)

Qualification: B.E./M.Tech/Ph.D. in Polymer Science / Rubber Technology

Experience: 3–7 years in R&D related to acrylonitrile-butadiene chemistry (NBR/NBR-PVC/P-NBR)

Skills: Troubleshooting in continuous polymerization finishing lines, polyblend and powder processes, pilot asset utilization for development, and ensuring quality compliance of trial batches with complete backup data.
