We have an urgent opening of Asst. Manager / Sr. Engineer - Mechanical at Jubilant Savli Vadodara

Education: BE Mechanical

Experience: 6 to 7 years in chemical & fine chemical.

Job Profile:

1. Operations and maintenance of process and utility equipment in shifts.

2. Mechanical maintenance (preventive, predictive & breakdown) of process equipment and record keeping.

3. Continues in reduction in downtime.

4. Reduction of inventory by standardization and interchangbilty of spares.

5. Ensure Westage minimization.

6. To prepare daily reports of maintenance of respective departments.

7. Root cause analysis of breakdown, initiate collective and preventive action, and prepare monthly down time reports.

8. To maintain equipment history.

9. Training and development of team members.

10. Life cycle analysis of critical equipment.

11. Responsible for adherence to EHS Policy.

12. To implement ISO 9000 , ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 TPM.

13. Awareness about responsible care ( Environment, health and safety and security).

14. To implement 5S in plant and office.
