Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar PV Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate solar photovoltaic (PV) projects from initiation to completion. The selected candidate will oversee technical, financial, and on-site execution activities, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.

Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and on-site teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Prepare regular project reports and documentation.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Approve material submittals, site progress, and commissioning tests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in solar PV project management.

Proven experience in EPC solar projects (residential, commercial, or utility scale).

PMP certification (preferred).

Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, BOQs, design reviews, and grid-tie configurations.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project tracking tools.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
