Walk-in Interview Details:

Date :03 May (Saturday) and 04 May (Sunday)

Time: From 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Venue: Hotel Ginger 1, Railway Station Rd, Opp. Patel Super Market, Moficer Jin Compound, Bharuch, Gujarat 392001

Positions Available:

1. Production (Officer to Deputy Manager)

Experience: 02 – 12 years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech

Responsibilities:

Carry out the production process as per production BMR.

Online documentation of BMRs, ECRs, BPRs, logbooks, and daily record filling.

Monitoring all processes as per GMP/cGMP compliance and reporting deviations.

Must be from API/Intermediates background.

2. SHE - Safety (Officer to Assistant Manager, Fireman/Fire Officer)

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech

Responsibilities:

Prepare Accident, Incident & Near Misses reports.

Conduct plant safety inspections, safety training, committee meetings, mock drills, risk assessments, etc.

Responsible for issuance of work permits, QMS activities, and preparation of safety-related documents.

Must have experience in API or chemical industry.

Qualification: Any Graduate or relevant course related to Fire & Safety

Experience: 02 – 10 years

Responsibilities:

Well-versed with various tools and techniques to extinguish fires and respond to emergencies.

Responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining firefighting equipment and vehicles.

 3.Conducting firefighting and rescue drills.

3. SHE - Environment (Operator to Assistant Manager)

Experience: 02 – 10 years

Qualification: ITI/B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech

Responsibilities:

Operation, supervision, and maintenance of ETP, MEE, RO.

Lab analysis of all parameters COD, TDS, PH, ML SS, ML VSS, etc.

Maintaining documents, records, and log sheets.

Hazardous waste management.

Must have experience in API or chemical industry.

4. Stores (Executive to Assistant Manager)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Science background preferred)

Experience: 05 – 12 years

Responsibilities:

Responsible for receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw materials as per GMP.

Maintaining physical stock vs online stock in SAP.

Material storage & handling through WMS, QMS activities like deviation, change control, CAPA, etc.

Must have experience in pharma industry.

5.Quality Control

Position: Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive 

Experience: 02 – 08 years 

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc

Requirements:

Knowledge of laboratory instruments like UV, IR, KF, Analytical balance, HPLC & GC.

Understanding of GDP & GLP.

Knowledge of QMS including laboratory incidents, OOS & deviation.

Experience in Wet Lab Analysis.

Background in API/Intermediates.

6.Quality Control - AMV

Position: Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive 

Experience: 03 – 12 year

Qualification: M.Sc./M.Pharma./B.Pharm 

Requirements:

Analytical method validation and stability studies.

Troubleshooting QC for sophisticated equipment like GC-MS, UPLC, HPLC, GC, GC-HS, Dissolution.

Background in API/Formulation.

7.Engineering

Position: Officer/Executive/Senior Executive 

Experience: 02 – 07 year

Qualification: BE/B.Tech. – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation

Requirements:

A) Instrumentation & Control:

Maintenance and projects in API division.

Knowledge of CSV Validation as per GMP-5.

Green field and brown field project knowledge.

Instrumentation calibration and maintenance.

Programming and troubleshooting.

B) Electrical:

Troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of H.T./L.T. electrical switch gears.

Control and motor starter panels.

Flame proof electrifications, lighting, and 3 phase/single phase electrifications and motors.

C) EPM:

Operation and maintenance of purified water system, HVAC, and utility equipment.

Handling QMS documents like change control, deviation, qualification protocols, SOPs.

D) I.T.I – Fitter and I.T.I – Electrical:

Electrical operation and maintenance.

Troubleshooting, maintenance, routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant and utility equipment.

Background in API/Pharma/Chemical.
