Available Positions

1. Account Assistant (On Third Party Payroll)

Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 years in the manufacturing industry

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Sales and Purchase Invoice entry, Bank Receipt, Bank Payment, and Journal Voucher

Bank Reconciliation

Knowledge of GST

Experience with software like SAP, Oracle, etc.

2. Administration Assistant (On Third Party Payroll)

Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 years in the manufacturing industry

Skills Required:

Knowledge of day-to-day administration activities

Handling canteen and transport-related tasks

Proficiency in MS Office

3. Purchase Assistant (On Third Party Payroll)

Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 years in the manufacturing industry

Skills Required:

Knowledge of the purchase domain

Reviewing pending and new Purchase Requisitions on a daily basis

Sending inquiries to suppliers and following up with vendors

Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery

4. Receptionist (On Third Party Payroll)

Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 2 to 3 years in the manufacturing or hotel industry

Skills Required:

Knowledge of telecommunication and guest handling

Good communication skills
