Open Position:

1. Plant Operator - Production

Qualifications: ITI - AOCP

Experience: 3 to 7 years from Pharma/API industries

Skills Required:

Handling of Reactor, Centrifuge, ANF, ANFD, NF, Dryer, Sparkler Filter, Sifter, Mill, Vacuum Systems

Utilities like Chilled Water, Cooling Water, Steam, Nitrogen, Brine

Safety knowledge like Earthing Bonding, Fire Extinguishers

Documentation like BPR - GMP compliance

Experience in Pharma, Intermediate Company with regulatory audit exposure preferred

2. Jr.Executive/Executive/Sr. Executive - Production

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)/B.E/B.Tech. (Chemical

Experience: 3 to 8 to years of experience from Pharma/API industries

Skills Required: 

Handing of Reactor, centrifuge, ANF, ANFD, NF, Dryer, sparkler filter, Sifter, mill, vacuum systems.

Utilities like chilled water, cooling water, steam, nitrogen, brine.

Safety knowledge like earthing bonding, static charge, fire extinguishers.

QMS documents like BPR, ECR, qualification of equipment's, logbooks and related to clean rooms

GMP

Validation, HAZOP, risk assessment, deviation handling

Manpower handling

3.AM/DM-Production

Qualification: Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)/B.E/B.Tech. (Chemical

Experience: 8 to 14 years of experience from Pharma/API industries

Skills Required:

Production planning to be given to executives

Review completed Batch production records and in process quality control records of critical process steps of the API manufacturing

Revision of documents as per necessity related to quality, safety, etc

Establishing procedures and documents

Issue of new Raw materials, packing materials, safety appliances work order etc

Sanctioning of leave to departmental person

Ensure that tested and pass materials are issued for production

Participation in validation of process and equipment within the department

Ensure that approved systems are followed and there are no deviations by taking rounds within the department

To find out deviations and their investigation

Participation in technology transfer and scale up of production

 Conduct training on various aspects of quality and manufacturing activity

Follow ups on corrective action plans related to internal and external audits

Preparation and development of documents related to production

Checking of finished goods before dispatch Monthly reconciliation of inventories like Raw material, packing materials, consumables and finished material stocks

To be aware of food, safety, legality and quality in related all activities

Handling of SAP and DMS operations as per the requirement

Handling of change control related to facility and process

To Ensure That the GMP is being Followed in Plant

To Ensure That the safety is being strictly followed in plant

To Ensure That the Production Activities are going on as per given production Plant
