Quality Control - Work Location Baska (Formulation) / Padra (API & Formulation)
Position: Officer to Sr. Executive (B.Sc./M.Sc - 2 to 8 Years Exp. Required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Chemical analysis of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process (IP), and Finished Products (FP). HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography) analysis, Water analysis for product quality testing.
Quality Assurance - Work Location Baska
Position: Executive & Sr. Executive (B. Pharma/M.Pharma - 5 to 8 Years Exp. Required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Management System (QMS) oversight and implementation, Validation processes for production systems, In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) for General Injectable and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) forms.
Warehouse (Injectable/OSD) - Work Location Baska
Position: Officer to Assistant Manager (B.Com/BBA/MBA/B.Pharma/M.Pharma - 2 to 12 Years Exp. Required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of QMS for Warehouse operations, SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for inventory management and tracking.
* Handling of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) for Injectable and OSD forms.
Production Injectable/DPI/OSD - Work Location Baska / Padra
Position: Officer to Assistant Manager (B. Pharma/M.Pharma - 2 to 12 Years Exp. Required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Filling Vials and Ampoules for Injectable products, Filling of Dry Powder for Injection (DPI) forms.
* Autoclave operations for sterilization, Manufacturing and Aseptic Area management, Coating, Granulation, Compression, Packing OSD.
Engineering - Work Location Baska
Position: Officer to Executive (B.E/B.Tech - 2 to 5 Years Exp. Required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Electrical systems and support for production, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems for controlled environments), Process support for OSD manufacturing, Mechanical engineering for equipment and facility maintenance.
ADL & CVC - Work Location Padra (API & Formulation)
Position: Officer to Sr. Executive (M.Sc - 2 to 8 Years Exp. Required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Analytical testing and support for product development, including CVC to ensure product quality and compliance.
* Finished products (FP): HPLC and GC analysis, water analysis for product quality testing.
* AMV, AMT, stability testing, LCMS, and GCMS
Production API - Work Location Padra
Position: Officer to Sr. Executive (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E Chemical - 2 to 8 Years Exp. Required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), ensuring compliance with cGMP in the production process.
* Shop floor management, BMR, QMS, Handling of reactor, dryer & centrifuge.
Candidates having experience with regulated market products and have handled USFDA or working in USFDA approved plant will be preferred.
