O2 Power, a leading renewable energy company in India, is seeking a talented Senior Manager / Manager - Compliance - C&I (O&M) to join our team in Gurgaon.
About the Role:
As a Senior Manager / Manager - Compliance - C&I (O&M), you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with group captive norms, regulations, and contractual obligations. You will also handle customer grievances, manage open access permits, and monitor market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with group captive norms and regulations.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
* Resolve customer grievances.
* Function as KAM for customers.
* Keep track of open access permits and undertake timely renewal.
* C&I PPA compliance (Energy guarantee) and other pass-through obligation monitoring and submission.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements.
* Implement customer feedback system and keep improving customer experience.
* Develop alternate power trading routes to dispose of additional power generation.
* Develop and implement risk management strategies.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
* Prepare regular portfolio performance reports for senior management in terms of C&I compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
* B.E. / B.Tech. (Electrical)
* 8-12 years of experience
