Educational Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical)

Experience:

15+ years of experience in POL Terminal / Petrochemical Plants in the

capacity of Terminal / Operations In-charge.

Competencies:

Job Specification:

Ensure efficient and safe Operation & Maintenance of Terminals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining Stock loss performance within the approved limit by adhering to the SOP's and guidelines of
Terminal Operations.
Regular monitoring 8 reviewing team / terminal performance to achieve excellence, Targets sUch as Safety,
M&R and QC index set for the year.
Optimum utilization of available resources like manpower, machinery/equipment and assets to be cost
effective.
Ensuring renewal of Statutory licenses on time and compliance to state specific regulations & incorporating
changes if any from time to time.

. Managing sub contract (security, Haulage & Rail Loading) related activities such as approving P0 / WO, issuing
pavments and handling the statutory compliances for day to day smooth operations.
and Monitoring the operations and maintenance team for carrying critical activities on daily basis
to avoid any breakdowns or shutdown.
Implementation and compliance of IAVL's mandatory HSSE elements.
Finalizing the terminalling budget and adhering to the same.
Should create backup of critical p
s at terminals to fill the vacancies created by resignations.
